Taking advantage of the few summer days of sunshine! 🙂

Big Ben. The clock tower itself isn't called Big Ben but the bell it houses. Aptly named after a member of parliament who was rumored to be about 200 stone.

Admiralty/Wellington Arch is a large office building in London which incorporates an archway providing road and pedestrian access between The Mall, which extends to the South-West, and Trafalgar Square to the North-East.

At the Meridian.

It's a classic photo opportunity: have your photo taken standing on the Prime Meridian Line at Greenwich. Head for The Royal Observatory and in the courtyard is a metal strip where you stand over the line and can be in the the eastern and western hemispheres at the same time. Greenwich was chosen back in 1884 as the Prime Meridian of the world, Longitude Zero (0° 0' 0").
